These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Cleantex Laundry & Drycleaning Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 136/13 Ground Floor, Front Side Begumpur, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110017 (hereinafter referred to as “IDC” or “the Company”), and the Customer (hereinafter referred to as “Client” or “You”). By tendering garments or availing services from IDC, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. The Terms shall have the force of a binding contract enforceable in law in accordance with the governing statutes of India.
1. Pickup & Delivery

IDC shall provide complimentary pickup and delivery facilities for service orders exceeding ₹250 (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty only).

For orders below the said threshold, a delivery fee of ₹30 (Rupees Thirty only) shall be chargeable for distances up to 5 (five) kilometers. IDC reserves the right to levy additional charges for longer distances.

Delivery of garments shall be effected strictly against full settlement of invoices. No credit facility shall be extended by IDC under any circumstances.
2. Pricing & Payments
-
The tariff displayed is indicative and subject to variation depending upon the actual garment condition and the cleaning process required.

Express/Urgent delivery requested within twenty-four (24) hours shall attract an additional levy equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the prevailing tariff.

All invoices shall be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable statutory rate, presently 18% (eighteen percent).
-
Payments shall be accepted exclusively through recognized lawful channels including cash, debit/credit card, or Unified Payments Interface (UPI).
-
Any advance collected shall be duly recorded on the Pickup Slip and countersigned by the authorized representative of IDC.
3. Garment Handling & Service Categories
-
Categorization of garments for service purposes shall be determined by IDC, whose decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

Where the Client elects a lower-priced category contrary to IDC’s recommendation, IDC shall stand fully discharged from any liability for damage occasioned thereby.

Detachable accessories including, inter alia, dupattas, shrugs, or such other articles shall be billed as separate items.
-
IDC reserves the right to decline acceptance of any accessory or item not intended for, or not capable of, the prescribed cleaning processes.
4. Garment Care & Limitations
-
IDC undertakes to exercise reasonable care in handling garments but does not and shall not guarantee complete removal of stains.
-
No abatement, rebate, or refund of charges shall be permissible in the event of residual marks persisting post-treatment.

IDC shall not be liable for natural consequences including but not limited to shrinkage, color bleeding, wear and tear, or damage to embroidery, sequins, beads, or embellishments inherent in the garment material.

Garments susceptible to color bleeding must be expressly submitted for dry cleaning only; IDC disclaims liability for adverse outcomes where this instruction is not adhered to.
5. Order Management
-
The Client is required to verify and count garments both at the time of pickup and delivery. Claims pertaining to shortage or non-delivery shall not be entertained beyond twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.

Uncollected garments remaining with IDC beyond seven (7) days of scheduled delivery shall attract storage charges at the rate of ₹10 (Rupees Ten only) per day, at the discretion of IDC.

Order cancellations shall be governed as follows:

- Where cancellation is made prior to the dispatch of pickup personnel, no charges shall be levied.
-
- Where cancellation is made after garments have reached the processing outlet, a cancellation fee of ₹50 (Rupees Fifty only) shall be chargeable.

Refunds, where admissible under these Terms, shall be processed to the original mode of payment within seven (7) working days from the date of approval.
6. Customer Support & Complaints
-
All complaints relating to service quality shall be lodged within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery through official communication channels, namely:

Complaints lodged beyond the said period may be summarily rejected by IDC at its discretion.

IDC undertakes to redress genuine grievances in conformity with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable statutory enactments.
7. Compensation Policy
-
In the event of proven negligence on the part of IDC resulting in loss or damage:
-
- For Dry Cleaning: Compensation shall not exceed ten (10) times the processing cost of the garment or ₹3000 (Rupees Three Thousand only), whichever is lower.

- For Laundry (per kg): Compensation shall not exceed ten (10) times the processing cost or ₹500 (Rupees Five Hundred only), whichever is lower, on a proportionate basis.

No compensation shall be payable unless the claim has been duly verified and accepted in writing by IDC’s authorized officer. IDC’s liability shall be limited strictly to the extent set out hereinabove.
8. Scheduling & Delivery
-
Orders may be scheduled by the Client through IDC’s designated Web Application, official Website, WhatsApp, or Registered Helpline.

An estimated bill shall be generated at pickup, while the final invoice shall be transmitted via WhatsApp, SMS, or telephonic intimation post-processing.

IDC shall endeavor to adhere to committed delivery timelines; however, IDC shall not be liable for delays occasioned by events constituting force majeure or beyond its reasonable control.
9. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

IDC shall collect, store, and process Client data strictly for service provision purposes and in conformity with the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Client data shall not be disclosed to third parties save and except under lawful authority or where mandated by law.
10. Force Majeure
-
IDC shall not be held liable for non-performance or delayed performance occasioned by events beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, labor unrest, governmental restrictions, acts of terrorism, or epidemics/pandemics.
11. Intellectual Property
-
All intellectual property rights including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, service marks, textual content, and graphics contained in IDC’s platforms shall vest exclusively with IDC.

No Client shall copy, reproduce, or exploit any such intellectual property without prior written consent from IDC.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
-
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi, India.
13. Amendments
-
IDC reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, or vary these Terms and tariffs at its sole discretion, prospectively. Any such modification shall be notified through the official website or communication channels and shall be binding upon the Client from the date of publication.
Acknowledgment

By availing IDC’s services, the Client expressly acknowledges and affirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms as legally binding and enforceable.
